Meat packaging is the most important thing for us, Meat packaging implies the extension of shelf-life, by retarding the activity of spoilage bacteria, oxidative processes, and changes in sensory properties such as color and flavor. We are providing the meat in a vacuum bag, which is very suitable packing, and delivered to you in an Air Colling Bus, which sustains the temperature for meat.

Vacuum packing reduces atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing the evaporation of volatile components.  Vacuum packaging extends the shelf life of meat.
